Porta POV ships products worldwide. Our standard international shipping timeline is 7–14 business days after the order is shipped. Please see the details below:

Order Processing: Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Time: After fulfillment, international delivery typically takes 7–14 business days, depending on destination. These times are estimates and may vary based on customs clearance or other factors beyond our control.

Fulfillment: Once your order is placed, we will fulfill it from our warehouse as quickly as possible. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order is shipped.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your country and the shipping method chosen. You will see shipping charges before completing your purchase.

Customs and Duties: Because we ship internationally, orders may incur import duties, taxes, or customs fees in your country. The recipient (you) is responsible for any customs charges. We have no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount. Please check your local import regulations before ordering.

Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not liable for delays, losses, or returns due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you.

Carrier Delays: Once your order has left our warehouse, the shipping carrier is responsible for delivery. Porta POV is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs inspections, or unforeseen events (e.g. extreme weather or public holidays).

Tracking: We provide tracking information for all shipments. You can monitor the status of your shipment on the carrier’s website using the tracking number we email to you.

Delivery Attempts: Carriers typically attempt delivery once or twice. If a package is unclaimed or returned to us, we will contact you. You may be responsible for additional shipping charges if the package needs to be reshipped.
