Refund Policy

At Porta POV, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. The details of our return and refund policy are as follows:

30-Day Guarantee: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your Porta POV product for a full refund of the purchase price. If 30 days have passed since delivery, we cannot offer a refund.
Return Conditions: To be eligible for a refund, the product must be in like-new condition. Return the item in its original packaging with all manuals, accessories, and documentation. The product should be unused and undamaged (unless it arrived that way). Please include proof of purchase (order number or receipt) with your return.
Return Process: Before returning a product, email us at portapov@gmail.com for a Return Authorization. We will provide you with the return instructions and the address. Once we receive and inspect the product, we will issue your refund. Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receipt and will be credited back to your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed.
Return Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (such as a defective or incorrect item). We recommend using a trackable shipping method or purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible if the returned item is lost in transit.
Non-Refundable Items: Original shipping charges and any import duties or taxes (if applicable) are non-refundable. Products returned after 30 days, used products (except those determined to be defective), or products not in their original condition are not eligible for a refund.
Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at portapov@gmail.com. We will assess the issue and, at our discretion, replace the item or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.
